When I was finished with all this my friend called me and we talked for some time about my feelings about this date and about some pictures of us that someone had posted on Facebook. After that I called my best friend and invited myself over to her place.
We talked for about four hours. After two hours I was totally calm. Talking about difficult things helps you to cope with them. Talking about whatever else than the problem at hand is a good way to get distracted.
